I believe that yoga is for every BODY and every Mind. Classes are inclusive and offer an approach that is available to all in a friendly, safe, and supportive environment.

Gentle/Beginner Yoga is a gentle class that is taken at a slow pace and incorporates modifications for each pose

that promote bodily awareness. Combining breathwork and meditation, gentle Yoga is the perfect practice for someone who is new to yoga or looking to slow down and refocus their practice. (4 Spots Left)

​Monday @ 6:00 pm - February 6th, 13th, 27th, March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th – No class February 20th 

 Restorative Yin Yoga is a class focusing on slowly stretching tight muscles and loosening stiff joints.

This class is designed to help guide you towards flexibility and stress relief through longer-held passive supported poses; utilizing the breath, encouraging the body and mind to connect with equanimity, evenness, and balance, in this meditative practice. (FULL)

Yin/Yang Yoga is a class in which you will experience the benefits of a balanced practice through both yin and yang styles of yoga.

The yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body deepening and enhancing flexibility at the core of your body; specifically, the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. 

As well as a Gentler yang style focusing on mindfully allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with enough time to employ props and allow for modifications. (3 spots Left)

A great practice to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, build strength, flexibility & balance.

Barre is an invigorating total body workout.

Barre is a mindfully intense class with the perfect mix of dynamic movements that work deep into the muscle, seamlessly transitioning to deep stretches to balance the body. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, the grace of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training Barre helps develop dynamic strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. (2 Spots Left)

Gentle Flow is a class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath while allowing time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calmness.

 

Yin Yoga is a complimentary practice to other yoga styles. Yin Yoga focuses on lengthening and stretching the connective tissues including your fascia and ligaments targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Yin postures are held for three to five minutes, giving the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues. You will leave this class feeling more open, flexible, peaceful, and calm within your body and mind.
